Mala 8mm Lapis Lazuli with Sandalwood accent

Lapis Lazuli is a metamorphic rock composed mainly of lazurite and other minerals like calcite and pyrite. 

Lapis Lazuli is often associated with Wisdom, Truth and Enlightenment. It has long been revered as a royal stone.  It is known to stimulate the mind and encourage clarity of thought. It can help with alleviating stress, anxiety and depression. It encourages self acceptance.

Lapis Lazuli has been mined in Sar-e-sang mines in Afghanistan for over 6000 years. It has  been used to enhance and color many products such as paints, and cosmetics.

The Mala is made up of 8mm beads and a Sandalwood accent piece.
