Glass Memory Locket Beryl 24 inch over the head necklace

Beryl a mineral consisting of silicate of beryllium and aluminum of great hardness that occurs in colorless hexagonal prisms when pure and in various colors of green, blue, yellow or pink. Several varieties of the mineral beryl are valued as gemstones, aquamarine, emerald, heliodor, morganite. Before 1925 beryl was used only as a gemstone, but since then many important uses have been found for beryllium in nuclear reactors, space vehicles and x ray tubes.

This 24 inch necklace is comprised of beryl cubes, 7mm round beads and Stainless Steel glass memory locket. The locket can be opened by twisting it. It does not contain a clasp it is an over the head necklace.
